As we expand our delivery capability in India, we are inviting graduates with a strong mathematical or analytical background to build a long-term career in Oracle Cloud consulting, focusing on Human Capital

Management (HCM) and Payroll aligned to United Kingdom legislative requirements.

About the Role

This is a graduate consulting position designed for individuals with a foundation in mathematics, commerce, science, or education (BSc, MSc, or Mathematics teaching background).

You will be trained on the Oracle Cloud platform, gaining exposure to HR and Payroll processes used by UK organisations. The role combines analytical thinking with communication and consulting skills.

This position is based at our Mumbai office (Lower Parel), and applicants should be located within 30 minutes’ commuting distance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undergo structured training on Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management and Payroll modules.
  • Learn UK-specific payroll processes, tax structures, and compliance requirements.
  • Support consultants in configuration, data analysis, and functional testing of Oracle Cloud systems.
  • Participate in client discussions, document requirements, and assist with solution delivery.
  • Develop clear documentation, presentation, and problem-solving skills relevant to consulting assignments.
  • Collaborate with international teams working on enterprise implementations for UK clients.

Who Should Apply

Preferred Qualifications and Attributes

  • BSc or MSc in Mathematics, Commerce, Science, or related analytical field.
  • Alternatively, experience teaching mathematics in schools is also suitable.
  • Strong logical reasoning and numerical ability.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in building a long-term career in business consulting and Oracle Cloud applications.
  • Willingness to undergo extensive training on UK payroll and HCM processes.
