Job description

Designation – Paid Media Executive

Experience : 2+ years (Agency Experience)

Location : Mumbai (Preferable local candidates)

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Management

  • Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms.
  • Implement keyword strategies, ad copy creation, extensions, bidding adjustments, and A / B tests.
  • Ensure campaigns go live with accurate tracking, budgets, and targeting settings.
  • Maintain hygiene checks—negative keywords, search query analysis, ad disapprovals, and bid updates.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track daily campaign performance across KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and quality score.
  • Identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Execute bid management strategies and pacing plans to meet monthly targets.

    • Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to communicate performance and ensure alignment on KPIs.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and platform dashboards for analysis.
