Credit Risk Analyst

Designation :

Senior Associate / Manager / Vice President

Location : Chennai

Timing :

Flexible but focused around 9 AM to 6 PM US EST time

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and manage portfolio risk

Interact with clients to seek clarifications and help structure deals

Interact with Data Science team to help embed the latest in AI and machine learning into our underwriting processes

Interact with the Trading team to ensure that loans are properly structured to be placed on warehouse lines and into securitizations

A high degree of loan discretion to present hand-selected deals to the Investment Committee for final approval

Background / Experience

PG / Master’s degree from a premier college with a specialization in finance, economics, or a related field

Additional financial qualifications such as US CFA Level 1+ will be an advantage

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
