Finance Executive

CFO - Bangalore Location

Our client is looking for a candidate with a strong mix of Finance Compliance, Operations, and Statutory knowledge, combined with robust Business Finance, Growth-oriented strategy, and Corporate Management skills.

The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of expertise, with 3 to 5 years as a Finance Director or CFO in a mid-size firm, preferably in the Technology product / services industry. They should hold a CA / CFA / CPA qualification and be based in Bangalore. The role reports directly to the CEO.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Financial planning and Risk management

Drive Company’s financial health and growth

Streamline company’s Financial management processes

Joint ownership of PnL responsibility with the Executive management

Key member of Corporate Strategic decision for growth, investment

Ensure mandatory statutory compliance, audit, corporate taxes

Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, tracking, reporting

Drive operational excellence, project costing, invoicing, AR, AP and cost management

Drive cash flow management, investment strategies and overall fund management

Vendor, partner validation, management and rationalization

Key Performance Indicators for this role include :

Business Finance + Finance Operations : - Covering statutory audit, filing, GST, P&L, annual reports, and accounting.

Pricing Strategy : - Including market risk, business focus, M&A, and IPOs.

Strategy : - Focused on growth, policy development, and profitability.

Decision Making : - With investor connections and ESOPs experience.

The firm is a privately held technology solution development startup, established in 2018, with a headcount of 450. The budget for this role is between 40-70 L (including variable pay)
