    Responsibilities :

  • Vendor management, vendor payments and related MIS.
  • Create delightful experience by being responsible for end to end administrative support to stores and office.
  • Responsible for maintenance AMC, pest control, service & repair.
  • Oversee and coordinate events.
  • Travel management.
  • Inventory management of supplies and assets.
  • Manage HK / Security / Delivery boys and office assistants to ensure hygienic workplace and smooth operations.
  • Responsible for Procurement, PO, GRN, Invoice processing.
  • Recommend cost saving options.
  • Procuring / renewal of admin related licenses and MIS.
  • Audit workplace to ensure hygiene and safety standards.
  • Desired Profile :

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, organised approach to multitasking.
  • Strong customer focus and stakeholder management.
  • Proficient in MS office.
  • Willing to travel within and outside Bangalore.
