Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients within the education sector (e.g., schools,

educational institutions including private coaching , government bodies).

  • Develop new business opportunities by liaisoning with school administration,
  • tuition teachers and coaching centres

  • Develop and execute strategic outreach plans including ground activations through
  • workshops and seminars in schools, participation in promotional events in

    residential societies etc to generate new leads and foster relationships with

    decision-makers.

  • Participate in / Organize conferences, workshops, and networking events to build
  • brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Present and demonstrate our educational products to prospective clients,
  • effectively articulating their value proposition.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with the other teams of Allen
  • Ensure all leads generated are of High Quality & uploaded timely in the system for
  • further management

  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and
  • educational policy changes.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned targets and key performance indicators.
  • Provide regular reports on activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to
  • management.

  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliances.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science or a related field.
  • 2 + years of proven experience in business development or sales, specifically
  • within the education industry.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the education landscape, including current trends,
  • challenges, and purchasing cycles.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a
  • team.

  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Language Known : English , Hindi , Regional Language (Bengali / Marathi etc )
