We are seeking an experienced PPC Manager (Google Ads Specialist) to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns, driving ROI, and scaling performance for e-commerce brands (preferably fashion / apparel).
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor daily performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns for ROAS and conversions .
- Implement A / B testing on ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Manage and optimize product listing ads (PLA) and shopping campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative / content team to align ad messaging with brand tone.
- Prepare weekly / monthly reports highlighting performance insights and growth strategies.
- Stay updated on the latest PPC trends, Google Ads policies, and digital marketing strategies.
Requirements :
4–5 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, Video).Hands-on experience in e-commerce (fashion / apparel preferred) .Strong understanding of Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking .Proficiency in keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management tools .Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.Strong communication and team collaboration skills.Experience in the US / International marketplace will be an added advantage.Skills Required
