Position Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect / Project Manager to lead the design and execution of large-scale architectural projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will combine design excellence, technical proficiency, and leadership skills to deliver high-quality outcomes across complex, multi-disciplinary developments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead design development and coordination for Mixed-Use, Sports Complex, and Hospitality projects of significant scale.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and multidisciplinary coordination with structure, MEPF, and landscape teams.
• Oversee design documentation, detailing, and BIM workflows using Revit .
• Interface with client throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams to maintain quality and design integrity.
• Conduct design reviews, manage RFIs, and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Contribute to strategic design thinking and conceptual innovation within the studio.

Qualifications :

proficiency in AutoCAD,SketchUp, Rhino, or related tools is an advantage.
