About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Accessibility Tester who will ensure that our web and mobile applications meet international accessibility standards and provide an inclusive experience for all users. This role requires hands-on experience with accessibility tools, assistive technologies, and a thorough understanding of WCAG guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform accessibility testing of web and mobile applications as per WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 , Section 508 , and ADA standards.

Use accessibility tools such as AXE, WAVE, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack , and Accessibility Insights to identify and analyze issues.

Prepare accessibility test cases, document defects, and collaborate with developers and UX teams for remediation.

Conduct detailed accessibility audits and prepare compliance reports.

Advocate for accessibility best practices across teams and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Requirements :

2–6 years of experience in software testing, including at least 1 year in Accessibility Testing .

Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 , ARIA roles , and semantic HTML / CSS .

Hands-on experience with assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack).

Familiarity with automated accessibility tools such as Deque AXE , Pa11y , and Accessibility Insights .

Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

IAAP Certification (CPACC / CPWA / WAS) – Preferred and highly valued.

Prior experience in accessibility testing within the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain.

Experience in automated accessibility testing frameworks and browser developer tools.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology , or a related field.
