Excellent coordination and project management abilities. Willingness to travel to project sites (up to 75%) . Diploma or degree in a relevant field ( Interior preferred).
Job description :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee interior project execution from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure that all on-site activities run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise site workers, daily schedules, and overall site performance.
- Enforce health and safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections.
- Manage materials, maintain stock records, and ensure timely availability.
- Collaborate with project managers and designers to resolve issues and ensure smooth project alignment.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones and maintain progress reports.
