Role Description

This is a full-time office / field role for a senior Event Management, located in Hyderabad. Executive We’re looking for a highly creative and enthusiastic professional with hands-on experience in event management, vendor coordination, product curation, managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and partly knowledge of graphic design — particularly in the celebration and wedding space .

The ideal candidate should have an eye for design and a flair for working with materials, textures, and props to create unique visual experiences. You’ll play an active role in planning and timely executing , developing creative designs , and curating innovative products that reflect Booncart’s style and vision.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in event management, product coordination, or design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Fine Arts , or related creative field.
• Handle vendor coordination, budgeting, logistics, and scheduling .
• Identify and work with vendors to create and customize event kits (birthdays, weddings, festivals, and corporate events).
• Ensure product quality, innovation, and trend alignment .
• Maintain updated product catalogues, pricing details, and visual content
• Conceptualize and implement event themes, decor ideas etc .
• Identify and onboard vendors for decor, gifts, and event essentials across India.
• Negotiate pricing, ensure quality, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Oversee on-site execution and post-event documentation.
• Design invitations, backdrops, signage, brochures, menus, and digital creatives .
• Develop mood boards, visual mockups, and decor concepts for events.
• Experiment with materials, fabrics, and props to create creative prototypes.
• Edit photos and videos for event highlights and promotional use.
• Ensure consistent visual branding across all digital and print media.
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in event management software and tools
• Experience in the event management industry is a plus
