Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to join our growing team in an office-based role. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads for our digital services through proactive outreach strategies, reporting directly to the Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Generate high-quality leads through systematic research and outreach
Identify potential clients across various industries who could benefit from our digital services
Build and maintain comprehensive prospect databases
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and business requirements
Cold Outreach Activities
Conduct cold calling campaigns to engage potential clients
Execute strategic cold email campaigns with personalized messaging
Follow up consistently with prospects through multiple touchpoints
Schedule appointments and demos for the Business Development Manager
Market Research & Analysis
Research target industries and identify key decision-makers
Analyze competitor activities and market trends

Social Media Management
Branding & Brand Strategy
Performance Marketing (PPC, Paid Social)
Ecommerce Website Development
Real Estate Marketing & Lead Generation
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Prepare lead reports and performance metrics
Support the Business Development Manager with administrative tasks
Coordinate meeting schedules and follow-up activities
Learning & Development
Participate in training sessions on digital marketing services
Learn sales techniques and lead qualification processes
Develop understanding of client needs and pain points
Grow knowledge of the digital marketing industry
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Fresh graduates or students in final year are encouraged to apply
Previous internship experience in sales or marketing is a plus
Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with cold calling and phone-based conversations
Strong research and analytical abilities
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
Proficiency in MS Office suite and email platforms
