Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis for technical teams in IT infrastructure, networking, systems, and related ISP functions.
- Design and develop technical curriculum and learning modules for topics such as network operations, cybersecurity, cloud services, and data center management.
- Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions, workshops, demos, and hands-on labs for technical staff.
- Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance to current industry standards.
- Manage e-learning development platforms, LMS administration, and maintain up-to-date learning resources.
- Track, evaluate, and report training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and technical skill metrics.
- Support onboarding and upskilling programs for new hires and early-career technical staff.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, ensuring content aligns with business goals.
- Promote a culture of continuous technical learning and innovation within the organization.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical disciplines.Sal : Max 8-9LPA
