Job Title : Test Automation Engineer

Experience : 6+ Years

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Automation Engineer with 6+ years of software testing experience , including at least 4 years of hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the high quality, performance, and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, and product owners to enhance test coverage and accelerate the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Selenium WebDriver .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements , define test cases, and ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Build and enhance reusable automation frameworks and implement effective test data management strategies.
• Conduct various types of testing : functional , regression , integration , and performance testing.
• Identify, log, and track software defects; work closely with development teams for timely resolution.
• Participate in code reviews , test plan reviews, and enforce QA best practices .
• Integrate automated test suites into CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Prepare detailed test reports , analyze test results, and provide actionable insights to improve software quality.
• Stay current with emerging tools , trends, and technologies in test automation.
