We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI / ML Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in advanced AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and building scalable agentic systems that transform enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and implement GenAI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs and multimodal AI models.
• Lead end-to-end development of intelligent, scalable, and secure AI systems.
• Build, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs for enterprise-grade applications.
• Drive innovation in agentic systems, knowledge graphs, and conversational AI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Cloud, Product, Business) for AI adoption.
• Ensure compliance with ethical AI, privacy, and governance frameworks.
• Contribute to AI / ML best practices, research, and open-source initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior AI / ML engineers.
