We’re hiring : Visual Designer at Anecdotes

Anecdotes is a communications agency working at the intersection of  culture, design, architecture, art, and ideas. We collaborate with brands, studios, institutions, and individuals shaping contemporary aesthetics—and we’re looking for a Visual Designer to join our team.

If you’re someone who thinks in visuals, loves cultural storytelling, and is excited by motion + AI, read on.

What you’ll do Design sharp, culturally tuned visuals for campaigns and brand communications

Create outputs across formats :   social, presentations, editorial layouts, print, digital

Edit  short-form video  and build  motion graphics  for digital platforms

Work closely with content + strategy teams to bring narratives to life

Explore  AI tools  for ideation, prototyping, and production workflows

Maintain consistency and elevate design quality across client touchpoints

What we’re looking for 1–4 years  experience in branding / communications / editorial / content design

Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy skills

A great eye for  contemporary design, architecture, and art

Proficiency in  Adobe Creative Suite  (PS / AI / ID)

Working knowledge of  After Effects + Premiere Pro  (or equivalents)

Portfolio showing  both static + motion work  (motion is a big plus)

Bonus points if you… Have worked with clients in design / architecture / hospitality / art / lifestyle

Actively explore  AI platforms  (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, etc.)
