Social Media & Content Strategy Internship (₹16,000 / month + Incentive )

We're not hiring someone who just wants to manage social media.

We're looking for a creator who's serious about making content creation their career someone who understands people, ideas, and how to tell a story that sticks.

About the Role

You'll be working closely with the Illumora team and BOOM BOOTH Studio , a podcasting and creative space focused on mental wellness and storytelling.

This role blends creativity with strategy content creation, trend analysis, market understanding, and storytelling that builds real connection.

You'll also travel with the team to capture authentic, on-ground moments that reflect Illumora's mission.

What You'll Do

  • Research and apply the latest algorithm updates , trends, and content strategies
  • Manage and plan social media calendars for consistency and impact
  • Capture short-form content during events, podcasts, and workshops (basic filming)
  • Work with the in-house editor to ensure high-quality post-production
  • Analyze target audiences and strategically position content within the brand's tone
  • Collaborate with the team to bring creative campaigns and partnerships to life

You'll learn how to think like a strategist, create like a storyteller, and grow like a brand builder.
