Job description

Job Description : Responsibilities :

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including but not limited to vendor agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide guidance on contract terms and conditions.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contract terms.
  • Maintain organized records of all contract documents and correspondence.
  • Provide training and support to team members on contract-related matters.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments related to contract law.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, with 4-5 years of experience preferable in IT Industry.
  • Proven experience in contract drafting and negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
  • Skills

    Legal professional with prior working experience of contracts, disputes, advisory, general corporate, government and regulatory matters and matters relating to commercial compliance.

    Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to participate in group meetings. The candidate should be fluent in both English.

    Proficient in the use of computers, specifically MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

    Good analytical skills, attention to detail and data management capabilities

    Ability to work individually and to follow up with internal stakeholders for ensuring statutory and contractual compliance.
