Senior Consultant - Salesforce (U.S Client)

Panache Solutions is hiring a Senior Salesforce Consultant on behalf of one of our U.S-based clients. This is an opportunity for experienced Salesforce professionals who can lead business analysis, design innovative CRM solutions, and mentor teams while delivering impact on enterprise-scale projects.

Role Summary

The Senior Salesforce Consultant leads the design, documentation, and delivery of Salesforce solutions with confidence and minimal supervision. This role calls for a strategic thinker and hands-on problem solver who thrives on tackling complex challenges and driving meaningful business impact. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, continuously sharpens their Salesforce expertise, and takes ownership of learning and innovation to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide business analysis consulting services for enterprise projects spanning multiple phases and multiple platforms
  • Work with development team members to craft innovative and potentially complex, cutting-edge solutions to address functional gaps
  • Serve as a mentor and advisor to other consultant team members
  • Provide insights and recommendations to company leadership
  • Coordinate and communicate with external, client resources effectively and professionally
  • Maintain project methodologies and procedures for projects, platforms, features, teams, divisions, and relevant company-wide processes
  • Understand data requirements and coordinate with data analysts for any data needs
  • Work in tandem with project managers and development teams to ensure on-time, on-budget work products

Required Skills

  • Salesforce CRM Administration & Configuration – user management, security, workflows, validation rules, process builder, flows
  • Salesforce CRM Implementation – end-to-end setup, customization, and deployment of Salesforce solutions
  • Salesforce Data Management – data migration, cleansing, deduplication, reporting, dashboards
  • Business Analysis (CRM Focused) – requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, gap analysis, documentation
  • Salesforce Solution Design – building scalable, CRM-native solutions for sales, service, and nonprofit clouds
  • CRM Integrations – experience with Salesforce AppExchange apps and external system integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, middleware)
  • AMS / CRM Platforms – NetForum, Personify, Aptify, Impexium, MS Dynamics, Fonteva, Nimble AMS
  • Stakeholder & Client Engagement – workshops, requirement elicitation, UAT facilitation
  • Agile / Scrum Delivery – working in cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce CRM projects on time
  • Mentorship & Leadership – guiding junior consultants on Salesforce CRM best practices

    • Required Candidate Profile

  • At least 3+ years of business analysis experience with a consulting or professional services firm (or other large enterprises)
  • At least 3+ years of business analysis experience for technology or technology services implementation projects
  • At least 2 years of independently leading business requirements gathering and analysis of implementation projects for related technologies
  • Demonstrated successful solution crafting
  • Salesforce implementation or administration experience

    • Preferred :

  • 1+ years of business analysis experience working in the non-profit or association industry
  • Other experience on AMS or CRM such as NetForum, Personify, Aptify, Impexium, MS Dynamics, etc.
  • Experience administering or heavily using Fonteva, Nimble AMS or other Salesforce solutions for non-profit organizations
  • Finance and accounting or implementation of technology platforms for these
