About the Role :
Escube, a reputed HVAC contracting company with 20+ years of industry leadership, is seeking a strategic and result-oriented Head of Projects to lead our execution division. This role will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, building high-performing teams, and ensuring delivery excellence across all sites.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution from planning to handover
- Supervise Project Engineers, Site Managers, Design and Procurement teams
- Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Act as the primary point of escalation for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Optimize processes, resource allocation, and operational efficiency
- Prepare and present project reports, progress reviews, and performance dashboards to top management
