Manager – Product Digital Marketing (UG Products : CUET, IPM, BBA, Law)
Role Overview
This role is responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing
initiatives for Career Launcher’s undergraduate products, including CUET, IPM, BBA
and Law. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-
paced, cross-functional environment with ownership over performance marketing,
organic growth, and digital sales funnels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across Meta & Google Ads to drive lead generation, optimize return on ad spend (ROAS), and scale monthly paid acquisition efforts.
- Allocate and optimize digital budget to maximize paid lead volume and minimize cost per lead (CPL).
- Execute SEO and content marketing strategies to increase organic website traffic and grow annual lead pipelines, maintaining strong capture and conversion ratios.
- Drive social media growth and engagement by managing cross-platform channels and creating impactful content, including reels and creative posts.
- Build and manage automated outreach and nurturing workflows using CRM platforms (LS).
- Take complete ownership for UG product segment and actively coordinate with different stakeholders including product, sales and support extending to senior management as well
- Orchestrate multi-channel communication campaigns via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email, tracking and improving channel performance.
- Collaborate closely with product, content, and sales teams to streamline funnel management and ensure a cohesive customer journey.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and report KPIs to stakeholders, recommending data-driven actions for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, especially in the EdTech and UG entrance domains.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.4+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in the EdTech industry.Proven expertise in Meta & Google Ads, SEO, content marketing, and CRM- based lead management. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics and marketing automation platforms.Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging digital content. Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
