We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls from UK-based customers. The role includes responding to customer enquiries, providing guidance throughout the travel insurance policy issuance process, and ensuring prompt and professional resolution of queries.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from UK customers
Respond to customer queries via phone, and when required, through email and chat
Issue travel insurance policies
Log and resolve customer complaints in line with company procedures
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Education & Experience
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply
Basic computer knowledge is essential
Minimum educational qualification : SSC and Higher Secondary (Plus Two)

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good listening, reading and typing abilities
Basic IT literacy
Adaptability and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Flexibility to work any shift between 12 : 00 PM – 2 : 00 AM UK time, 5 days a week (9-hour shifts including a 1-hour break)
Availability during the induction period (no leave permitted during the first 3 months)
