Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless service. Tasks include managing staff schedules, training new hires, monitoring food and beverage quality, day-to-day service of food and beverages, recommending food and beverages to customers and maintaining communication between kitchen and front-of-house staff.

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills

Experience in Hiring and Managing Staff

Strong Communication skills

Knowledge of Food & Beverage industry

Excellent leadership and organizational skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in restaurant management is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
