We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer - Process Engineering to ensure the smooth functioning and continuous improvement of our production lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new techniques, modifying existing designs, and leading process improvement projects. This role is critical in driving efficiency and optimizing our manufacturing processes to meet strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Development & Improvement : Develop new production techniques and modify existing designs to enhance efficiency and quality. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating process improvement projects .
- Analysis & Optimization : Conduct process validation and improvement initiatives. This includes cycle time calculation and line balancing to enhance overall productivity and throughput.
- Layout & Planning : Develop and optimize layout plans for production lines to improve workflow, minimize waste, and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address process bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
