Role Overview
As a Regional Manager – Brand Partnerships & Alliances , you will drive Advertising Sales, Brand Partnerships, and Revenue Growth for your region. This role requires strong Ad Sales expertise and a sharp focus on national advertisers. You will be responsible for owning individual sales targets while also contributing to regional revenue growth, onboarding high-potential national brands, and ensuring impactful campaign delivery across both digital and offline formats.
Key Responsibilities
Ad Sales & Brand Partnerships
- Identify, acquire, and grow partnerships with national brands across categories (F&B, retail, healthcare, fitness, education, beauty, services).
- Monetize digital ad spaces (in-app banners, push notifications, forums, approval screens) and on-ground formats (lift branding, kiosks, resident events, OOH / DOOH).
- Build and nurture strong advertiser relationships to drive campaign frequency, renewals, and revenue growth.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Ensure ROI-driven campaigns with a focus on lead generation, visibility, and resident engagement.Share performance reports, insights, and recommendations to build client trust and secure repeat business.Market Growth & Strategy
Expand monetization by onboarding national advertisers targeting premium gated communities.Analyze consumer trends and design regional monetization strategies aligned with national brand priorities.Revenue Ownership
Deliver on individual sales targets while contributing to overall regional team revenue goals .Take ownership of key accounts and lead client discussions, negotiations, and closures.Provide guidance and support to team members where required, fostering a performance-driven culture.Desired Skills & Experience
4–8 years of experience in Advertising Sales, Media Sales, or Brand Partnerships.Proven track record in closing national ad sales deals and managing advertiser relationships.Strong network of advertisers, media buyers, and agency partners.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, track, and optimize performance.Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented with strong ownership mindset.What We Offer
