Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused B2C Sales Executive to drive direct sales to individual consumers. The ideal candidate will excel at building customer relationships, understanding customer needs, explaining product benefits, and closing high-quality deals. This is a target-driven role requiring strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and engage potential customers through inbound / outbound calls, online inquiries, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and consultations (online or in-person).
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into successful sales.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Understand customer requirements and recommend the best-suited products / services.Address customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.3. Sales & Revenue Growth
Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize deals.Follow structured sales processes and close sales efficiently.Preferred Skills :
