Job Summary : The Assistant Manager will support the management and administration of the Trust’s daily operations, HR functions, and maintenance of Trust properties. The role involves coordinating with departments to ensure smooth administrative functioning, assisting in government and legal liaison work, and supporting the financial and operational planning processes.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing assigned responsibilities while working closely with senior management to uphold the Trust’s mission and objectives.
Key Responsibilities : Assist in implementing the Trust’s goals, policies, and programs.
Support general administration and day-to-day management activities.
Coordinate with government departments and external agencies for property and legal matters.
Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of Trust properties.
Support HR functions, including attendance monitoring, documentation, and employee coordination.
Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
Prepare reports, documentation, and communication for management review.
Coordinate with finance and accounts teams for budget and expense tracking.
Promote a positive work environment aligned with the Trust’s values and ethics.
Desired Candidate Profile : Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field from a recognized institution.
5 to 7 years of experience in administrative, HR, or operations management roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Experience in dealing with government departments or legal documentation preferred.
Ability to work independently while maintaining teamwork and accountability.
Remuneration : A consolidated salary in the range of ₹10 to ₹12 lakhs per annum , commensurate with qualifications, experience, and potential.
