Who We're Looking For

We want student leaders who :

Are currently in 3rd or 4th year of any undergraduate or postgraduate program

Have served as Campus Ambassadors or held similar leadership roles

Have organized or spearheaded college events (fests, competitions, workshops, etc.)

Are curious, proactive, and eager to learn

Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Exclusive students from Hyderabad based colleges.

All backgrounds welcome : Engineering (B.Tech), Business (BBA, MBA), Arts (BA), Medical, or any other discipline. We value leadership and hunger to learn over your degree.

What You'll Do

During your journey with us, you'll :

Participate in daily operations and team meetings across departments

Assist with transportation logistics, safety protocols, and operational tasks

Shadow senior team members and leadership to understand decision-making

Contribute ideas for improving processes and safety measures

Learn time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment

Work both independently and collaboratively with diverse teams

Document your learnings and share insights with fellow apprentices

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must Have :

Currently a student of any college in Hyderabad

Campus Ambassador experience or equivalent leadership role

Proven track record in event organization

Strong communication skills

Passion for startups and innovation

Good to Have :

Basic understanding of transportation or logistics

Previous internship experience

Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset
