Job Description
As the Head of HR, you will :
- Lead the overall HR function across business units, managing the full spectrum of HR including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance
- Partner closely with business leadership to align HR strategy with business goals, ensuring employee productivity and satisfaction
- Drive cultural transformation and change management initiatives aligned with evolving organizational priorities
- Oversee plant HR, industrial relations, and workforce planning across factory and corporate locations
- Implement and improve HR systems, policies, and processes to enable scale and operational efficiency
- Champion diversity, values, and a collaborative work environment
- Support leadership development and succession planning through structured talent reviews and capability building
The Successful Applicant
- 10-15 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing, food / FMCG, or industrial organizations
- Exposure to both plant and corporate HR environments is strongly preferred
- Proven track record of building HR processes and driving stakeholder alignment across functions
- Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and ability to work with business leaders in a collaborative setup
- Familiarity with IR, labor laws, and compliance frameworks in a manufacturing setup
- Comfortable in a mid-sized, professionally run organization that is scaling its capabilities
