Infor / Workbrain Developer

Having 5+ years of continuous development experience in Infor Workbrain -WFM

• Experience in Implementation of Infor WFM (Workbrain) modules like Time and Attendance, Schedules , LFSO, Budgeting and Clock.
• Experience in custom entitlements, and configurations of accruals, balances, pay rules and validations.
• Working experience and understanding of USA and PR WFM / labor compliance concepts.
• Development of custom forms and workflows using form builder and workflow editor.
• Expertise in report development tools like IBM Cognos
• Experience in development of customizations like HR imports & exports and any supportive integrations and mapping definitions with Infor product.
• Experience required in upgrade / implementation on -premises of Workbrain which including understanding of environment and core product as well as customizations.
• Understanding of configurations of Infor WFM in Linux & Windows instances along with App Server (WebLogic).
• Extensive experience in Java and J2EE(Core, JDBC, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate, API).
• Experience in Oracle Sequel queries , procedures , triggers etc
• Experience in SVN, GIT and JENKINS usage.
• Good understanding of agile process / methodology and usage of JIRA
• Should be a team player and own the given task having overall understanding at product level.
• Partners with team to drive resolution and process improvements to further minimize impact to our production environment and support business partners.
• Documents all key processes to further drive performance.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines.
• Good communication skills to work with USA business partners.
