NetAnalytiks - Subject Matter Expert - DevOps

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic DevOps - SME to join our team, where you will be at the forefront of driving our clients' digital transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will lead a team of talented engineers in building and optimizing secure, scalable, and robust cloud infrastructure solutions, with a strong emphasis on CI / CD, cloud architecture, security, Kubernetes, and observability. As a DevOps - SME, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge solutions that ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

Your expertise in automating processes, enhancing system performance, and maintaining high availability will be critical to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, implementation, and management of CI / CD pipelines to ensure efficient, secure, and reliable software delivery.
• Architect, deploy, and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Oversee the orchestration and management of Kubernetes clusters, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
• Implement and enforce security best practices and DevSecOps principles across all stages of the software development lifecycle, including infrastructure security, data protection, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain observability frameworks, including monitoring, logging, and alerting systems, to ensure system health, performance, and security.
• Integrate GitOps practices for version-controlled, automated infrastructure and application management.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to streamline workflows, resolve technical challenges, and embed security into every aspect of the process.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative, security-focused, and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools, technologies, and methodologies, including those related to security, to improve DevOps practices.
• Participate in blame-free root cause analysis meetings to promote learning and continuous system improvement in the event of production system incidents.
