Award-winning and trusted by over 700 schools nationwide, it provides a comprehensive set of services including attendance tracking, examination management, online fee collection, school bus / GPS tracking, and performance management. Schoolcanvas' user-friendly and innovative platform bridges the gap between school management and parents in real-time, enhancing transparency and efficiency.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Relationship Manager located in Chennai. The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with school clients. Key tasks include handling client inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction, providing support for the implementation of school management systems, and identifying opportunities for additional services. This role involves regular communication with clients to understand their needs and ensure the platform delivers optimal performance. This role involves travel across South India. Experience of Ed-Tech is an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Support skills
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
  • Experience with ERP systems and familiarity with school management processes
  • Problem-Solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage multiple client accounts
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
