Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Power Platform Developer with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot Studio to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a particular emphasis on building intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants using Copilot Studio. You will leverage your expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to create seamless, automated, and user-friendly solutions that drive business efficiency and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities :

Copilot Studio Development :

• Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated chatbots and virtual assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and dialog flows to create engaging and effective conversational experiences.
• Integrate Copilot Studio with other Power Platform components and external systems.
• Develop and maintain custom topics, entities, and actions within Copilot Studio.
• Analyze and optimize chatbot performance through analytics and user feedback.
