Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Internship Trainer specializing in Web Development with an IT background. The Internship Trainer will design and deliver web development training sessions for interns, focusing on fostering their technical skills and professional growth. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining training curriculum, guiding interns, enhancing their technical knowledge, and ensuring they gain practical hands-on experience in web development. Effective communication with interns and other team members is a key part of this role, alongside the implementation of tailored training approaches to suit diverse learning needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training & Development and delivering effective training sessions
• Excellent Communication skills, with an ability to clearly convey concepts and provide constructive guidance
• Experience or knowledge in Human Resources (HR) processes related to intern onboarding and mentoring
• Expertise in Curriculum Development for web development courses and training programs
• Strong understanding of web development concepts and technologies, preferably from an IT background
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a virtual, remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred
