1 Proven working experience as a product Engineering Manager or in a related field.

2 Be comfortable using prototyping designing and evaluations for Scalability Design

3 Be comfortable understanding banking domain requirements and provide a HL design solution

4 Be comfortable understanding Agile methodologies and development best practices

5 Work well within a team and a good collaborator

6 Creative and innovative thinking skills
