Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting Windows Desktop Systems and Printers.
  • Involved in installation, configuring and administration of users, groups, creation / deletion.
  • Monitoring mail(O365), file systems, network printer & device drivers.
  • Maintenance anti-virus server and various upgradations.
  • Maintained assets & computer systems records by maintaining and updating the inventory of the available assets by internal audits, allotting systems to users, analysed new hardware requirements, etc.
  • Installing OS (Linux, Win 10) & software's as per requirement.
  • Responsible to monitor all escalated & pending call and resolve with in defined SLA
  • Expert in Active Directory,
  • Firewall management,
  • Good Knowledge on Office 365 and Exchange.
  • Need hands on experience on windows OS-11, 10 Systems
  • Technical support to end point users related to Hardware / Software related issues
  • System maintenance on hardware products
  • good Knowledge on Network troubleshooting : DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN, TCP / IP.
  • Secure data backups of endpoint users and servers.
  • Good knowledge on CRM software
