- Support in maintaining kitchen cleanliness and mise-en-place preparation.
- Observe and understand menu planning and cost control techniques.
- Greet and assist guests with check-in / check-out procedures.
- Gain knowledge of reservation systems and guest registration processes.
- Handle telephone queries, room allocations, and guest requests efficiently.
- Learn cash handling, billing, and concierge services.
