Designation : Programme Associate (contract)

Department : MDP

We are looking for a competent Associate to undertake a variety of program management and program execution tasks. You will be responsible for planning and executing assigned executive education programs

Key responsibilities will be –

• Execution of assigned customer, partner & open programs
• Ensure implementation of defined processes for the program
• Assist with improvement of processes for the department
• Accurate maintenance of database for customers and prospects
• Assist with calling leads of open programs if required
• Ensure technology is adopted and used correctly for all operations for increased effectiveness
• Plan and order study material, case studies, simulations etc as per the requirement of the program
• Procurement of stationery and other operational necessities for the department.
• Accurate data management & documentation for all executed programs
• Support sales & marketing activities of the department as required
• Provide regular feedback & updates on ongoing programs to the executive education team as required.

Education : Graduates and Postgraduates in any discipline. (Education in business administration preferred)

Experience :

• Minimum 6-7 years of work experience in other academic institutes or Edtech
• Knowledge of executive education business and operational processes.
• Experience of working with faculty, vendors and corporate clients.

• Tech savvy and highly proficient in MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing will be a plus
• Responsiveness – should demonstrate concern and ability to meet internal and external stakeholder & customers’ needs
• Ability to take initiative and resolve issues during program execution.
• Vendor management.

Important Note : This is a contractual position for a period of one (1) year, renewable based on the candidate’s performance and business requirements
