Role Overview & what we look for

As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top technical talent exclusively through LinkedIn. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements for end-to-end technical hiring across multiple domains including software development, embedded systems, cloud technologies, and DevOps.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques.
• Build Boolean search strings and use filters to target niche tech talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial technical assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with technical panels and hiring managers.
• Draft and post job descriptions tailored to specific tech roles.
• Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards and reports.
• Stay updated on tech trends and hiring strategies.
