Software Engineer

At RevX, we operate at scale — handling 3M+ QPS and managing petabytes of data . We’re looking for a passionate Software Development Engineer to help us build and deliver high-performance systems and features that power customer engagement, operational efficiency, and business growth. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to design, develop, and ship impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop highly scalable, low-maintenance systems .
• Build and implement robust service and product interfaces .
• Lead and deliver projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Provide technical support across multiple applications in our technology stack.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Balance and prioritize multiple competing tasks in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation for projects.
• Collaborate across teams to drive root cause analysis and resolution of issues.
• Continuously monitor system usage and product performance, driving improvements in reliability and quality .
