Product Development Manager / Project Delivery Head – Recruitment Software (Independent Consultant)

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager / Project Delivery Head to lead the next evolution of our Recruitment Management Software. This is a consultant role for a strategic leader with hands-on technical expertise and a proven track record in recruitment tech or job portal platforms . You will work independently with your own team to enhance, scale, and integrate AI capabilities into our existing system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of recruitment software enhancement projects
• Architect and implement AI-driven modules (e.g., resume parsing, candidate matching, predictive analytics)
• Overhaul and optimize existing PHP / MySQL-based infrastructure for scalability and performance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders / functional heads to define product roadmap and delivery milestones
• Manage a self-contained team of developers, testers, and AI specialists
• Ensure robust documentation, version control, and deployment practices
• Evaluate and integrate NoSQL solutions where applicable (e.g., MongoDB, Elasticsearch)
