We are looking for an experienced, well connected and organized Associate Manager, Regional Recruitment to join our growing Overseas Team and take our company and platform to the next level!
What you'll be doing every day :
The Candidate should be able to lead multiple schools or steam of school Reps, as needed
Expand international recruitment channel; Plan marketing and international recruitment strategies for ApplyBoard exclusive schools
Represent ApplyBoard brand to promote ApplyBoard services to agents, international educators, and prospective students
Increase international student enrolment at ApplyBoard by recruiting international students from diverse regions
Negotiate terms of engagement, provide training to agents and their staff, and keep the agent contacts engaged with ApplyBoard through regular communication
Undergo presentations in the local marketplace to further promote ApplyBoard Exclusive institutions
Train and guide agents to improve the quality and volume of international applicants, ensuring top quality
Disseminate communications and activities online using CRM and social media platforms, including delivering key messages and encouraging engagement from potential and current students
Implement marketing and recruitment strategies through research and market analysis to maximize international student outreach for
Proactively undergo agent outreach.
Participate in education fairs, promote presentations to agents and potential students to promote ApplyBoard exclusive schools
Available to respond to the prospective student and RP inquiries
Ensure Recruitment Partner quality via regular training for agents and increase volume of international applicants to meet semester targets
Increase international student enrolment by recruiting international students from diverse region Like South Asia, West Africa
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key internal stakeholders at the University / College and internal Apply Board staff
Hold regular team meetings with University / College Recruitment team to monitor targets and market developments
Hold regular 1-1 meetings with Recruitment Partners, International Recruitment Managers, and other team leaders to ensure regular follow up and coaching
Provide support and leadership to the sales team
Ensure enrolment targets are aligned and achieved by semester and annually as set out by the company
Extensive travel required for 15- 20 working days in a month, as required
What you bring to the table :
Fluent in English
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Minimum 8-10 years of international student recruitment experience for secondary and / or post-secondary institutions
Exceptional communication verbal and written skills
Autonomous self-starter, with the ability to work independently within a team-based environment
Aptitude for prioritizing tasks with an attention to detail to ensure information accuracy
Exceptional problem-solving skills under ambiguous circumstances to ensure you provide the best outcome for our students while maintaining integrity with our partner relationships
Experience working with educational consultants and or postsecondary institutions directly; considered a bonus
Experience working with a CRM; considered an asset
