Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy & Planning :
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Team Leadership :
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and property consultants.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, sales training, and performance reviews.
  • Client Relationship Management :
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Guide clients through property options, legal documentation, and closing deals.
  • Lead Management :
  • Oversee lead generation activities through online campaigns, channel partners, and site visits.
  • Ensure prompt follow-up on leads and conversions into sales.
  • Reporting & Documentation :
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and reports.
  • Present regular updates and sales forecasts to senior management.
  • Project Coordination :
  • Coordinate with the marketing and project teams to ensure accurate property representation.
  • Participate in site visits, expos, and promotional events.
