Job Description
As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for leading and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies and public relations campaigns to enhance brand visibility and business growth.
This role requires a dynamic and creative approach to managing multiple marketing channels and PR activities while ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
PR and Brand Awareness : Develop and manage all public relations activities, including award submissions and collaborations with influencers and bloggers. Foster relationships with media and external stakeholders to amplify brand presence.
Digital Marketing Strategy : Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email marketing, SMS, and third-party platforms. Optimise web presence to increase brand engagement and drive traffic.
Campaign and Event Management : Lead marketing campaigns, oversee event calendars and coordinate marketing plans for key projects like awards and customer retention projects. Organise and participate in events and other promotional activities.
Collaboration and Content : Collaborate marketing and PR efforts. Produce engaging content for different platforms, including video content for social media. Collaborate with partners and brands for joint marketing initiatives and content creation.
Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies. Achieve set KPIs related to PR backlinks, award achievements, blog collaborations, and sales targets.
Special Projects : Lead special projects like the Refer a Friend campaign, merchandise launch, and other internal initiatives. Manage innovative projects to diversify marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement.
