Requirements :

• 1+ year of International Voice (Inbound Calling) experience – mandatory
• Excellent Communication – C1 Level (SVAR C1 / CRT ≥ 72%)
• Strong customer handling, problem-solving & MS Office skills
• Exposure to retirement / investment / financial processes preferred

CTC : Up to ₹5.5 LPA
