NGS Pipeline Engineer

We have an exciting opportunity for the position of Bioinformatics Quality Engineer in Bengaluru location. It is a full time and work from office opportunity.

Skills and Experience Required :

• 3–4 years’ hands-on experience with clinical NGS pipelines .
• Proficiency in Python, R, Bash;

Linux / Unix, Mysql etc.

troubleshoot sequencingand analysis failures.

mentor junior analysts.

Educational Qualification :

Master’s in Bioinformatics / Genomics / Computational Biology (PhD a plus).
