Junior Software Project Manager / Project Coordinator (Contract Role)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Software Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join our team on a 3–6 month contract assignment . This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of experience in software project coordination or junior project management who want to contribute to successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in planning, tracking, and executing software development projects , while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and clients. You will also support RFP analysis, software estimation, and documentation to aid pre-sales and bidding activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Break down project requirements into clear development tasks.
• Assign and track tasks using Jira, Trello, Asana, Proofhub .
• Conduct daily stand-ups and weekly reviews to track sprint progress.
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders .
• Analyze RFPs / tenders , assist in effort estimations, and contribute to proposals.
• Maintain documentation, delivery trackers, and QA coordination.
• Support process improvement initiatives and create project templates.
