With a strong D2C presence and expanding digital footprint, BabyOrgano is growing fast — and we’re looking for a passionate PPC Specialist to join our marketing team and scale our performance campaigns.

About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on PPC Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.

You’ll work closely with our creative, content, and web teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth — while maintaining a sharp focus on ROI and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns for awareness, acquisition, and conversion.
  • Strategically manage ad budgets, bids, and targeting to maximize ROAS and minimize CAC.
  • Conduct A / B testing for creatives, ad copies, and audiences.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create conversion-focused ad assets.
  • Monitor tracking using Facebook Pixel, CAPI, GA4, and GTM to ensure accurate attribution.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights, learnings, and growth opportunities.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and D2C performance trends.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads for D2C or eCommerce brands.
  • Proven track record of handling ₹20L–₹1cr / month budgets profitably.
  • Strong understanding of digital performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, LTV).
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in GA4, GTM, and Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication skills and a results-oriented, proactive attitude.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint preferred.
