- Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
- Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
- Control and secure cash and cash equivalents according to cash handling policies.
- Organize, secure, and maintain files and records following document retention and confidentiality policies.
- Prepare, maintain, distribute, audit, and reconcile statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, and payroll reports.
- Post cash entries into the accounting system accurately.
- Assist management with employee training, evaluation, motivation, and coaching; act as a role model and initial contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy.
- Report incidents, unsafe conditions, and maintain security awareness on property premises.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and privacy of guests and coworkers.
- Welcome and thank guests with genuine appreciation; assist individuals with disabilities and anticipate guest needs.
- Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing; answer telephones with proper etiquette.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers and departments.
- Identify and implement ways to improve organizational efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; read and verify detailed information in various formats.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
