Working Hours : 8.30 am to 5.00 pm (Monday to Friday)

Experience Range : 5 to 10 years of experience

Purpose of this role :

Senior Recruitment Specialist will play a vital role in headhunting and attracting the talent pool to increase the warm bench, set up a standardized process for collecting feedback & evaluate the feedback with the hiring managers and hire the top–tier professionals to meet the organization’s requirements. This individual will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and implementing strategies to enhance our recruitment efforts.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Partnering with HR Manager / CEO and Delivery Head to understand their immediate and long-term talent needs.
• Full-cycle recruiting skills : researching the talent pool, sourcing, interviewing, and closing the position.
• Represent CloudFronts brand to prospective top–tier professionals.
• Develop talent resources, channels and participate in recruiting to build a talent pipeline.
• Identify the best channels (recruitment sites, direct search, social media, etc.) to fit the profile needed.
• Continually improve techniques, strategies, and approaches to candidate outreach.
• Manage the entire cycle of the Human Resource Management System (Zoho).
• Assisting in making necessary changes to existing policies and formulating new policies as per internal changes and compliance if required.
• As you touch on most aspects of the talent acquisition process, we look to you to identify opportunities for efficiency and ways to improve our employer brand and candidate experience.
